THE MALAYSIAN LIFT AND ESCALATOR ASSOCIATION (MALEA)
Main objectives: provide high and efficient standards of competence in lift and escalator engineering trade and promote and protect all legitimate trade practice in relation to lift and escalator by any legal or other means for the association and its members.
AMERICAN SUBCONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION, INC. (ASA)

EARTHQUAKE ENGINEERING RESEARCH INSTITUTE (EERI)
The objective of EERI is to reduce earthquake risk by 1) advancing the science and practice of earthquake engineering, 2) improving understanding of the impact of earthquakes on the physical, social, economic, political, and cultural environment, and 3) advocating comprehensive and realistic measures for reducing the harmful effects of earthquakes.
LONMARK INTERNATIONAL (LMI)
LMI provides an open forum for member companies to work together on marketing and technical programs to promote the availability of open interoperable control devices.
NAESA INTERNATIONAL (NAESA)
NAESA International is an organization open to individuals from all segments of the elevator industry who are interested in improving the manufacturing, performance, inspection and safety of elevators, escalators and other conveyances. NAESA is accredited by ANSI to certify elevator inspectors to the QEI-1 Standard. NAESA also prides itself on providing top quality education for the elevator industry.
