Stannah, a leading U.K. lift company, has stepped forward to support the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) program at the National Museum of the Royal Navy (NMRN), Hartlepool, U.K. Stannah’s North & North East England branch, which is located in Gateshead, U.K., plays a key role in this new partnership, serving as a crucial link between the local community and the company’s nationwide expertise. The partnership will allow for the museum to run STEM activities related to themes such as Pioneers of Engineering and Future Technologies. The program at the NMRN Hartlepool aims to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications, providing students with hands-on STEM experiences that will better prepare them for future careers. This sponsorship is made possible by the Joseph Stannah Foundation, which supports projects promoting engineering and related sciences as career pathways.
