357 King West Quickly Rising in Toronto

Construction of a 42-story, 148-m-tall condominium tower at 357 King West in Toronto has seen significant progress since work began in late 2018, Urban Toronto reported in March. Below-grade work has been completed, and the building has begun its ascent at the southwest corner of King Street West and Blue Jays Way. Designed by BDP Quadrangle, the project has begun quickly rising. Since early February, repeating floor layouts have allowed the tower to rise by a floor a week, with concrete most recently being poured for the 19th floor. As the tower rises higher, cladding installation is progressing on lower floors.
