Work Launches on Phase II of Project Elevate

Phase II of Elevate, a multi-tower residential project in Gurgaon, India, being jointly developed by international real estate firm Hines and Indian real estate company Conscient Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., has been launched, Hines recently announced. The project will total 556 for-sale three- and four-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 2,100 to 3,400 ft2. Hines and Conscient announced their joint venture to develop Elevate in 2019, and work started on Phase I that May. Despite the pandemic, the developers said, the construction of Elevate is in full swing. The project, with the tallest structures standing about 35 stories, was designed by Ricardo E. Bofill, principal chief designer of RBTA, and is being built at a total cost of about US$201 million. Sales are currently underway, and the project is scheduled for completion in late 2023 or early 2024.
