The Olympus to Become Hyderabad’s Tallest Residential Tower

What promises to be the tallest residential tower in Hyderabad, India, has launched.

Sumadhura Group in collaboration with Vasavi Group is launching its latest iconic residential project, Sumadhura Group announced in a press release. The Olympus will be greater Hyderabad, India’s tallest residential tower at 44 stories, offering 854 luxury units. Spread across more than 5 acres in the desirable Financial District neighborhood, the project offers a total saleable area of approximately 2 million ft2. The Olympus is strategically located close to the city, while offering residents seamless connectivity to all parts of Hyderabad. The property has been thoughtfully planned to offer a holistic lifestyle to its residents with modern amenities such as an approximately 50,000 ft2 club house called the “Zeus” club that houses co-working spaces, a café, a library, a swimming pool, guest suites, a BBQ terrace, a sports bar, a gym, a badminton court, a squash court, indoor games, a spa and a saloon, among others. The project is scheduled to be completed by December 2025.
