New Design Released For Edgewater Collective In Miami

Developer Kushner Cos. has revealed new renderings of a three-tower project called Edgewater Collective on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, The Next Miami reports. According to the renderings project, Edgewater Collective will now include 1,299 apartments and 24,000 ft2 of space for retail. The first tower, at 2000 Biscayne Boulevard, will offer 393 apartments and is already under construction, according to a notice the developer posted in December. The remaining two towers will be built at 1900 Biscayne Boulevard. A rendering shows the logo for architect Kobi Karp on the first tower, with the other two under designed by Dorsky Yue. The report said another project, standing 40 stories tall, is going up across the street. The height of the Edgewater Collective towers wasn’t reported, but architecture drawings appear to show it at 40 stories. No completion date was given.
