The Crosby, a project planned by a pair of development companies, will result in a 31-story residential tower in Miami, Florida YIMBY reports. Related Group, described as one of South Florida’s most active condo developers, and Merrimac Ventures, led by the Motwani Brothers, have teamed up for the development planned within a 27-acre Miami Worldcenter site at 601 North Miami Avenue. The project will offer 450 fully furnished units ranging from 350 to 825 ft2 and designed as studios and one- and two-bedroom floor plans. The plan includes more than 22,000 ft2 of space for amenities, and 4,000 ft2 of ground-floor commercial space. Miami Lakes-based Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates is the designer, and NYC-based AvroKO will style the interiors. The tower is expected to stand between 290 and 320 ft tall. The residences will feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows, private balconies, finished interior and exterior flooring, gourmet kitchens and more. Amenities include an expansive rooftop resort-style pool, grilling stations and more. Developers plan to break ground in the first quarter of 2023, with completion expected in the first quarter of 2025. Unit costs are expected to begin at US$300,000.
