D&D Elevator And Solid State, Both Of New York, Join Forces

D&D Elevator Maintenance, headquartered in Elmsford, New York, and Solid State Elevator, based in Bronx, New York, announced on February 7 they have combined their resources in an effort to further expand their collective ability to serve customers throughout New York State. Both are part of American Elevator Group (AEG). Founded in 2002 by President Frank Mauro, Solid State specializes in the maintenance, modernization and repair of all types of elevator equipment. D&D Elevator President Michael Bonardi welcomed Mauro and the Solid State team, and observed the “companies’ combined strength will provide additional benefits to all of our customers.” Mauro, who transitioned to vice president of Service Operations for the two businesses, said that he has known the D&D management team for many years, and that being a part of AEG will further ensure success.
