3Phase Elevator, headquartered in Canton, Massachusetts, has merged with Portland, Oregon-based Willamette Elevator, 3Phase announced on February 28. 3Phase observed the strategic combination of Willamette and its West Coast brands, operating under Specialized Elevator Service Holdings, allows it to provide geographically contiguous service to customers throughout California, Oregon and Washington. Lift Business Advisors, Inc., served as financial advisor to Willamette, founded in 2013 by Tom Nadeau in Wilsonville, Oregon, and quickly expanding into Salem, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington. Nadeau will continue with the combined company as an equity owner. “Our combined companies will leverage Willamette’s strong team of people and brand, along with our technology and resources as we grow with customers across the West,” Donovan McKeever, president of Specialized Elevator Services, said.
