Opfermann

KONE announces that Andreas Opfermann is stepping down from the company’s Board of Directors, effective March 31. According to its Articles of Association, KONE’s board comprises a minimum of five and a maximum of 10 ordinary members, plus a maximum of three deputy members. As of the beginning of April, the board will consist of the following ordinary members: Matti Alahuhta, Susan Duinhoven, Antti Herlin, Iiris Herlin, Jussi Herlin, Ravi Kant, Jennifer Xin-Zhe Li and Krishna Mikkilineni. The board is chaired by Antti Herlin and vice-chaired by Jussi Herlin.
