Next NAEC Town Hall Webinar Event Set for August 23

The next National Association of Elevator Contractors (NAEC) Town Hall webinar is scheduled for Tuesday, August 23, at 2 p.m. ET and will cover Causes and Consequences of the Supply Chain Crisis. The featured speaker will be Jon Holztrager, director of Supply Chain Partnerships and an adjunct faculty member with the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. He will discuss what can be expected in the intermediate future when it comes to the challenges presented by global events affecting the supply chain on which the industry and many others depend. The event description observes: “The price of steel on global markets has soared. Fuel cost increases and parts delays are a part of the norm this year as we balance customer expectations as well as our own balance sheets.” The virtual event is for all NAEC members and is brought to you by the NAEC Member Services Committee. Previous town hall events can be found here.
