KONE recently announced it won the Business Transformation category at the annual Shared Services and Outsourcing Network (SSON) Impact Awards. Working with global professional services firm Genpact and audit, tax and advisory services provider KPMG, KONE Business Services (KBS) notes positive development in focus on end-to-end process outcomes, strengthened business partnering and increased process harmonization and efficiency.
