TEI Group has announced the retirement of Thomas Moran following a vertical-transportation (VT) industry career spanning four decades. Moran led TEI’s maintenance and repair department for more than 18 years. A company LinkedIn post read: “There will never be another Tommy Moran on our team, but he has left his incredible footprints behind, not just at our company, but in the industry as a whole.” Also included were statements from TEI senior leaders and other colleagues commending Moran and expressing appreciation for his many contributions. President Mark Gregorio commented that Moran made a challenging role “look easy.” TEI celebrated Moran’s achievements with an office party “filled with a lot of love and Italian hero sandwiches.”
