Emaar Properties has launched Altus at Dubai Creek Harbour, a luxury residential development at the crossroads of Al Jaddaf and Festival City with approximately 280 units of various sizes. Renderings show a tower that appears to be roughly 25 stories tall and a neighboring, shorter tower. “The architecture of Altus is a reflection of its environment: sleek, fluid and beautifully illuminated,” Emaar Properties states. The design features expansive windows and private balconies, with amenities that include a gym, CCTV cameras, jogging tracks, a barbecue area, a pool and a children’s play area. The developer touts Altus’ central location and accessibility. Situated in a district close to Creek Beach, the property is near efficient road networks, metro stations and a water taxi to Downtown Dubai.
