Atlanta-based Selig Development Corp. aims to start construction by the middle of the year on a mixed-use development that includes a 32-story office tower, Shopping Center Business reported. The US$400-million project is also set to include a building with a 150-room hotel on the lower floors with 80 residential units above. The location is 1105 West Peachtree Street in Midtown, across from a new medical center and Whole Foods and convenient to public transportation. Selig anticipates the 645,000 sq. ft. of office space to be nearly 50% leased when it opens in the fourth quarter of 2019.
