Gündoğdu: Whatever you do, do the best you can so that you can be the master

School Principal Ese Gündoğdu made the opening speech and acknowledged the guests attending the ceremony. At the first part of his speech, addressing the industrialists, Gündoğdu said, “Our students received their initial vocational education at our school and from our teachers, completed their mastership training in the 12th grade at your companies. They successfully graduated from the school and became skilled at their profession. These young people will be the new masters of the sector in the near future. You gave them moral and material support. You made a good investment.”

Gündoğru then addressed the students, saying, “Your life will not get easier from now on but I am sure that you will be successful at your profession thanks to the education you received.  Dear young people, what ever you do, always do the best you can so that you can be the master. Do not forget the school you graduated from; the doors of our school will always be open for you.”

Bozdağ: Elevator sector needs “qualified personnel” not semi-skilled ones

In his speech, Cem Bozdağ said, “The only Vocational School specialized on elevator training is Has Asansör Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. So, it is very important and valuable for us. Dear graduates, the sector, especially the elevator sector, needs “qualified personnel,” not seki-skilled ones. Be aware of it.” He also stated that he was glad to see the sector representatives at the ceremony and thanked the teachers and the students’ parents.

Following the speeches, folk music singer Zafer Kazancı gave a short concert. Kazancı, who also works at Has Asansör Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, enlivened the ceremony with his music.

Graduates were invited to the stage with the verses written specially for each student by Kazancı to receive their graduation certificates. After the family photo was taken, the students threw their mortarboards.
