Scouting New York

Scouting New York
Photos by Nick Carr, ScoutingNY.com

While exploring a New York City rooftop, a film location scout was guided through an old elevator machine room in which the machinery mostly dates back to the 1920s. What’s more, almost a century old, the machinery is still operational and in working use today. Additional photographs and video of the machinery in operation are available at www.scoutingny.com, along with many other unique locations throughout New York that the scout has uncovered and documented.
