Concord Pacific has said it plans to start construction soon on The Arc, a 29-story, 88-m-tall residential tower in the Yaletown district of downtown Vancouver, Canada, SkyRise Cities reported. Its striking design by Vancouver’s Kirkor Architects + Planners features twin towers connected by a three-story platform bridge containing amenities, the most notable of which is a glass-bottomed pool. Located at the foot of the Cambie Street Bridge, the building would contain approximately 590 residential units. Concord hopes its prime location near shopping and public transit will attract buyers.
