Igor Mayorov

Igor Mayorov is the managing director (MD) for Otis Russia, where he is responsible for all aspects of new equipment and service businesses, with a particular focus on safety, customer service and growth. He joined Otis Russia in 1997 as a contract support engineer before holding other positions of increasing responsibility, including export sales manager, escalators systems manager, and sales and marketing manager. In 2010, he was appointed manufacturing operations manager, Otis Eastern Europe, and general manager of Scherbinka Otis Lift. In February 2020, Mayorov was appointed MD of Otis Russia. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering for Lifting Transport, Handling Equipment and Robot Technical Systems from Moscow State Technical University, and an MBA from the International Management Institute of Saint Petersburg.
