This build-to-rent project, known as Element 27, will be located on the corner of West Coast Highway and Manning Street. Its second of three stages is currently under construction. The building is slated to include 230 bike parking bays, four commercial tenancies and 152 car parking spaces, as well as solar panels and rainwater harvesting. The complex has unofficially been named the first purpose-built institutional build-to-rent development in Australia.
