3Phase Elevator Merges With KOCH Elevator

3Phase Elevator, headquartered in Canton, Massachusetts, has merged with KOCH Elevator, a provider of maintenance, repair, modernization and testing services for all types and brands of vertical-transportation equipment in the Reno/Sparks, Nevada and Lake Tahoe, California, markets, 3Phase announced on September 1. The merger gives 3Phase a stronger foothold in these markets, where it already has a strong presence from San Francisco to San Diego operating under the Specialized Elevator brand. KOCH Elevator will continue to operate under the KOCH Elevator brand, led by Mike Koch and managed by Jason Harrison. Koch said the company, founded in 2002, will “continue to be focused on being agile and fair, and having the best interests of the customer in mind.” He said joining 3Phase will “propel us to the next level of service” while retaining the company’s local identity.
