3Phase Lands Elevator Maintenance Contract for Boston Office Property

3Phase Elevator Corp. recently announced Clarendon Group awarded it the vertical-transportation (VT) maintenance contract for 265 Franklin Street in Boston. Built in 1984, the 21-story, Class A office property in Boston’s Financial District includes seven passenger elevators and one service elevator. 3Phase’s Boston team is led by District Manager Mike Coughlin, Operations Manager Stephen Martelli and Senior Account Manager Blaine Bartlett. 3Phase gave special thanks to Corinne Nawrocki of Abel Elevator Consulting for her role in the process. “We are proud to be entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining the VT system of such a prominent establishment,” 3Phase stated. “We are committed to delivering top-notch service that reflects the excellence synonymous with the Clarendon Group.”
