Accessen Group Ltd. Acquires UK Service Lifts LTD.

Accessen Group Ltd. has acquired UK Service Lifts Ltd., a company that specializes in installing, maintaining, modernizing and servicing service lifts in various business types such as shopping centers, department stores, banks, pubs, restaurants and industrial facilities. This acquisition is part of Accessen Group’s plan to build a portfolio of complementary services companies in the U.K. and is a strategic move that will allow Accessen Group to expand its lift services portfolio to the business-to-business service and goods lifts markets. By combining the expertise and resources of the two companies, the group will be able to provide a wider range of service and access solutions. Accessen Group was founded in 2021 by Phil Rice and Oliver Mellor and is headquartered in Peterborough, U.K. Rice also started Anglian Lifts Ltd. in June 2021. The company specializes in stairlifts and platform lifts for homes and businesses and has grown to be a leading player in the consumer market.
