Alimak Group Names Nomination Commitee for 2023 AGM

Alimak Group, the construction hoist specialist headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, on October 10 announced the appointment of the Nomination Committee for its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Tasked with preparing proposals for the 2023 AGM such as meeting chair, number of members of the Board of Directors (BoD), fees paid to BoD members and selection and payment of an auditor, the Nomination Committee consists of representatives of the four largest shareholders (with the member representing the largest shareholder becoming chair of the Nomination Committee), as well as the chair of the BoD. The Nomination Committee consists of Johan Menckel, Investment AB Latour, committee chair; Francisco de Juan, Alantra EQMC Asset Management; Jakob Rikwide, representing shareholder Peder Pråhl; Mats Larsson, representing Första AP-fonden; and Johan Hjertonsson, Alimak Group chair of the BoD.
