Global provider of vertical-access solutions Alimak Group has published its interim report for January-June 2023. CEO Ole Kristian Jødahl and Chief Financial Officer Sylvain Grange presented and commented on the report during a teleconference for investors, analysts and financial media on July 20. The English-language presentation was also available via webcast. Highlights included very strong performance in the Wind and Industrial divisions and positive cash flow development. The Sweden-headquartered company saw order intake equal to revenue in absolute value. Jødahl commented that higher interest rates have started to impact part of the business, but “we see that our well-diversified business, good cost control and active pricing management bring us resilience.”
