Application Submitted for Sixth Tower In Canadian Development

An application has been submitted for a sixth tower in the development The Amazing Brentwood (TAB), a mixed-use development that includes shops, restaurants, entertainment and housing, in Burnaby, Canada, Daily Hive reports. The sixth tower will be 417-ft tall and 39 stories and will be built on the northwestern corner of the 28-acre site, which is currently a parking lot. The mixed-use tower will provide 443 homes, including 396 condominiums, 21 market rentals and 53 non-market rentals. The first two levels will have 12,000 ft2 of retail and restaurant space and 20,400 ft2 of office space, with parking for Tower Six located inside Tower Five. Tower Five will launch this summer with 500 homes.
