ASME A17 Committee Meeting to Be Held in January

The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) A17 Committee will hold a meeting on January 9-12 in Orlando, Florida. The following A17 committees will be meeting throughout the week: QEI, Wind Turbine Tower Elevator, SMTG Meeting/Working Committee Meeting, Inspections, Mechanical Design, Limited Use/Limited Application Elevators, Residence Elevator, Inclined Elevator, Electrical, Elevator and Escalator Standards, Escalator and Moving Walk, Hydraulic and A18 Standards. The selected hotel for the meeting is the Holiday Inn and Suites across from Universal Studios, and there is a special rate for those using this link or the code “SME” when calling. All A17 Committee meetings are open to the public. Due to the possibility of last-minute changes, guests wishing to attend meetings should confirm the dates and locations by email.
