ATIS Taps Executives To Accelerate Growth

ATIS, a leading St. Louis, Missouri-based provider of vertical-transportation (VT) consulting inspection and managed services, on June 11 announced two key executive appointments to accelerate growth: David Berndt as chief information officer (CIO) and Matt Davis as chief commercial officer (CCO). As CIO, Berndt brings a wealth of experience in technology leadership and will head ATIS’s technology strategy. His background includes co-founding DataServ, growing it into a successful Software as a Service business. Over the past decade, Berndt has consulted on private equity-backed organizations and served as a senior partner at Experience on Demand, a national consulting firm. Joining ATIS as COO, Davis brings more than 20 years’ leadership experience in the business services and VT industries. Most recently, he led go-to-market efforts at Johnson Controls, where he was instrumental in launching new, innovative products and gained global recognition for his performance. Davis also held leadership roles at Elevated Technologies Inc., Schindler and Otis, where he consistently delivered double-digit growth.
