Axxiom Elevator Acquires Ameritex in Texas and California

Axxiom Elevator recently completed the acquisition of AmeriTex Elevator, Inc., in Texas and California, Lift Business Advisors announced. Lift Business Advisors served as M&A advisor to AmeriTex, while Donahue Fitzgerald served as legal counsel. Axxiom CEO Jeremy Metzger said Axxiom is excited to partner with AmeriTex President Jerry Matheny and his team at AmeriTex, which has grown into one of the most respected vertical-transportation service providers for large and demanding customers in the San Antonio, southwest Texas and San Francisco areas. Axxiom completed the deal with financial backing from Gauge Capital. Ropes and Gray served as Axxiom’s and Gauge Capital’s legal counsel on the transaction, representing Axxiom’s eighth acquisition. Matheny said Lift Business Advisors’ Jeff Eaton and Jessica Hellman were heavily involved in the due-diligence process, and thanked them for comprehensive approach.
