Biscayne Bay Skyscraper Application Filed In Florida

Former rendering by Arquitectonica for Resorts World Miami

An application has been filed with the Federal Aviation Administration requesting to build another skyscraper along Biscayne Bay in Edgewater, Miami, Florida YIMBY reports. The application for the 649-ft-tall tower is comparable to Missoni Baia and Elysee Miami, two nearby developments that are also 649 ft tall. The proposal intends to replace two residential buildings at 710 Northeast 29th Street and 530 Northeast 26th Street. The applicant for the project is not available.
