Machinery is onsite at 300 Nevins Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn, NY, ready to start construction on a four-building, 600,000-ft2 residential complex on the site of a recently cleared one-story warehouse, New York YIMBY reports. Although official heights have yet to be disclosed, renderings show two midrise and two 22- and 17-story structures. With anticipated completion in spring 2026, 300 Nevins Street was designed by Fogarty Finger and developed by Charney Cos. and Tavros Capital. The property is set to yield 654 residential units, ground-level retail, landscaped outdoor terraces atop podiums and a waterfront esplanade. Broadway Construction Group is serving and general contractor.
