California’s Total Access Elevator Partners With PE Firm

Total Access Elevator, Inc., Southern California’s largest independent commercial elevator modernization, maintenance and repair provider, has partnered with Century Park Capital Partners, a private-equity (PE) firm based in El Segundo, California, Lift Business Advisors, Inc., which acted as M&A advisor to Total Access Elevator, announced on May 22. The transaction was finalized in April. Founded in 2008 and based in Santa Fe Springs, California, Total Access Elevator serves customers including multifamily residential buildings, corporate headquarters, office buildings and campuses. Its service philosophy revolves around the principles of safety, efficiency and longevity of elevator systems. “The team from Lift Business Advisors worked with us for more than a year in the process of preparing for the sale and selecting the partners who best fit our needs,” the Total Access Elevator leadership team said.
