CECA Western Region Meeting Planned for October 13

The Canadian Elevator Contractors Association (CECA) is hosting a Western Region Meeting on October 13 at 9 a.m. PST at the Italian Cultural Centre at 3075 Slocan Street in Vancouver, British Columbia, in room 5. The meeting is open to all CECA members. Delco Elevator Products will give a supplier presentation. Coffee and a light snack will be served during the meeting. During the meeting, CECA also plans to collect feedback in advance of Western Region Chair Chi Kit Wong and CECA President Don Sanchez’s meeting with the Technical Safety BC (TSBC) on October 18 on the following issues: the mechanic skills passport issue raised by IUEC Local 82, elevator codes and hoistway access consultation, results of the general fee increase consultation, the business transformation project and the upcoming design registration program engagement.
