Cibes Lift Group Acquires Nashville-Based Lift Distributor

Cibes Lift Group has announced the acquisition of HomeLift LLC, a Nashville, Tennessee-based distributor specializing in vertical platform lifts for residential customers. This acquisition marks another step in Cibes’ ongoing expansion in the U.S. market. The addition of HomeLift is Cibes’ sixth acquisition in the U.S. Following the completion of the acquisition, HomeLift will continue to operate under its brand name. The company’s strategic location in Nashville further complements Cibes’ existing presence and growth strategy in the U.S. Current Owner and CEO Rich Eller will remain with the business as managing director. Founded in 1986, HomeLift has built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality lift solutions to residential customers throughout Tennessee. With a team of 30 employees, HomeLift is expected to enhance Cibes’ capabilities and reach in the U.S. market. The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2024.
