Construction Inclusion Week To Be Held October 16-20

Construction Inclusion Week, an awareness effort to foster a more inclusive construction industry, will take place October 16-20. Organizers will provide content and curriculum for jobsites and offices with the goal of providing educational insights and creating a space for difficult conversations. To celebrate Construction Inclusion Week, National Elevator Industry, Inc. (NEII) plans to promote its Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Challenge, a social-media campaign launched in September 2022 encouraging companies to provide size- and gender-inclusive PPE and uniform options to ensure all employees are comfortable and safe at work.
