Contractor Appointed for Dubai’s Skyz Tower

Danube Properties has announced the appointment of Naresco Contracting LLC as the main contractor for the construction of Dubai’s Skyz Tower, a high-rise residential tower containing affordable homes, Construction Week Middle East reports. Skyz Tower will create a residential destination that celebrates Mediterranean living by maximizing usable outdoor space through balconies, terraces, gardens, parks and plazas. The tower is designed for maximum views and light and creates a series of “external gardens” with an outdoor pool and recreation area at various levels and an array of amenities including the region’s first Sky Jogging Track. As per the contract, Naresco Contracting will construct and deliver Skyz Project by the end of Q3 2024.
