CTBUH Invites Abstracts for “Humanizing High Density” Conference

The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) issues an invitation to and invites abstracts for the international conference, “Humanizing High Density — People, Nature & the Urban Realm,” planned on October 16-20, 2023, in Singapore/Kuala Lumpur. The conference aims to “advance the fundamental premise that high-density urbanization can support healthy living, working and civic and social engagement,” including transportation, public and cultural institutions, open space, equitable housing and reducing the carbon footprint. “With the United Nations projecting nearly 70% of the population living in urban areas by 2050, we need to ensure that cities are places where people can not only live — but thrive,” CTBUH stated. The deadline to submit an abstract is February 10, 2023.
