Dodds Promoted to VP, Mid-Atlantic, at AEG

Karen Dodds has been promoted from CEO of Kencor Elevator Systems, an American Elevator Group (AEG) company, to vice president (VP) of AEG, Mid-Atlantic. Dodds has been a leader at West Chester, Pennsylvania-headquartered Kencor for 20 years, leading initiatives to encourage, educate and recruit a diverse workforce. Kencor is a major force in the elevator industry, employing approximately 100 people and serving 3,000 units across 1,900 locations in six states. Dodds holds a bachelor’s degree in business/corporate communications from the College of Charleston and an MBA from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. “She has shown tremendous dedication to the elevator industry over the years, and this role will enable her to continue her contribution with the same level of commitment and expertise,” AEG stated in announcing the promotion.
