The Elevator Escalator Safety Foundation Of Canada (EESFC) recently welcomed Hugh Hunter, according to a post on LinkedIn. Hunter began his career in 1989 at the Northern Elevator factory. After spending 22 years in the TK Elevator organization and more than 13 years with Wurtec, he founded RCW Canada in 2025, where he continues to focus on innovation and sustainability within the elevator sector. A former two-term board member of the Canadian Elevator Contractors Association, Hunter “is excited to bring his experience and passion to EESFC. He looks forward to supporting the organization’s mission and helping to promote elevator and escalator safety both within the industry and to the public,” EESFC said.
