The FGC Group has begun the installation of elevator systems in the Shenogina Business Center in the northwest of Moscow as part of the Sydney City residential complex, according to the AK&M Information Agency. In total, 21 high-speed elevators of various lifting capacities and functional purposes will be installed in the 24-story building. The waiting time for the elevator will not exceed 45 s. To ensure safety, some elevators will be equipped with a special mode for the operation of fire departments. The building has a total area of almost 75,000 m2 and is distinguished by an original architectural solution with an emphasis on the use of stained-glass windows resembling crystals of apophyllite. The interior features will be a spiral staircase, atriums and light lanterns located on the roof of the stylobate part of the building. Construction began at the end of 22 and completion is scheduled for 2025.
