Emercom Technologies Taps Sinclair as President

Emercom Technologies, headquartered in Burnaby, Canada, recently announced the appointment of Andrew Sinclair as president. Sinclair has more than 25 years’ elevator industry experience, previously serving as chief product officer at Delta Elevator, Ontario’s largest independent elevator contractor, where he oversaw procurement, engineering and manufacturing as a member of the senior management team. Earlier in his career, Sinclair worked as an electrics and software designer in geophysics and oceanography, with a focus on remote-sensing technologies. Specializing in designing and delivering innovative elevator communications systems that meet high industry standards including A17.1/B44.19 code, EmerCom built its reputation on practical, customer-focused solutions that it believes “set industry benchmarks for safety and reliability.”
