Excalibur Elevator specializes in elevator maintenance, modernizations, inspections and installations for commercial properties and residences. To streamline operations for building owners, Excalibur has partnered with a local inspection company to offer bundled compliance services. Plans are underway to extend this model through partnerships with fire safety and generator service providers, ultimately consolidating essential building safety functions under one clear contract. Excalibur is also big on community impact, recently announcing its future initiative, “Lifting Up Our Veterans,” a nonprofit arm dedicated to repairing or replacing elevators and stairlifts in veterans’ homes free of charge. Looking ahead, the company aims to expand its residential services nationwide, including high-profile projects such as elevator installations in professional athletes’ homes.
