Fakhruddin Properties Breaks Ground on Dubai Tower

Fakhruddin Properties officially commenced construction on Treppan Tower in Jumeirah Village Triangle in Dubai, MEP Middle East reports. Treppan Tower will be the newest residential development in the area, featuring innovative, energy-efficient technology like AI-enabled smart home automation systems that monitor and reduce unnecessary lighting and air conditioning usage through demand control functionality. The residential building will also provide superior indoor air quality maintained by Fakhruddin Properties’ proprietary Smart Air Handling Unit (SAHU), along with access to hydrogenated, ionized, organically mineralized alkaline drinking water. The launch of this project builds upon the April 2025 formation of the Real Estate Alliance, an initiative from the Dubai Land Department (DLD). The alliance unites four leading developers, including Fakhruddin Properties, to encourage greater collaboration between public and private sector stakeholders for sustainable, long-term growth in Dubai’s real estate market.
