FIELDBOSS, a leading field service management software provider for elevator and HVAC contractors, announced it won the Resco Global Partner of the Year Award 2023, recognizing the number and size of successfully implemented Resco projects. Founded in 1999, Resco is a leading global provider of mobile apps and has been integral to almost every FIELDBOSS implementation. FIELDBOSS observes that it leverages Resco technology to power its mobile app, “making it the default mobile platform for HVAC and elevator contractor field staff.” Evolving over a decade, the FIELDBOSS-Resco partnership involves FIELDBOSS identifying market needs and communicating them to Resco, resulting in improvements and updates to Resco’s offerings. FIELDBOSS President and CEO Jonathan Taub, who flew to Spain to accept the award on behalf of the company, said the award is a “reflection of what can happen when two organizations collaborate with focus and intent.” In addition to a committed, tech-savvy staff at both FIELDBOSS and Resco, the offerings are complemented by the “Microsoft Cloud Power Platform that delivers capabilities and risk mitigation, [resulting in] a value proposition that leads the contracting industry worldwide,” Taub said.
