First Kazakhstan Fair Held in Almaty

Defined as the “meeting place of the elevator industry in Eurasian countries,” Lift Expo Kazakhstan was held in Almaty, Kazakhstan, on March 29-31. ELEVATOR WORLD hosted a booth at the fair, which was held at the Baluan Sholak Sarai Sports and Cultural Center, supported by the Kazakhstan Elevator Manufacturers Association. Turkish companies showed great interest in the fair with 15 companies from Türkiye setting up stands, including Autur, Çelikray, Çözüm-As, Eker, Genemek, Mars, Minimak, Nagel and Qul Elevator. During a seminar, which was held simultaneously with the fair, 13 presentations were made that included leading sector representatives of Kazakhstan, non-governmental organizations, public institutions and guests from abroad who included EW Managing Director Türkiye and Middle East Publications Bülent Yılmaz.
