Sodimas Lifts will be showcasing its full range of designed lifts, elevator components and escalators at The Big 5 Show, the largest construction and contracting event in the Middle East region, which kicks off September 12 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Zawya reports. Through its participation in the four-day construction expo, the French elevator company aims to connect with industry experts and professionals in an effort to “meet the growing demand for lifts and elevator equipment in the Gulf market in view of the overwhelming number of urban development projects currently under construction in the GCC countries,” the company said. Karim Fnides, export sales area manager at Sodimas, said The Big 5 is being held at a time when the Arabian Gulf region is executing several giant projects, especially Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Sodimas seeks to build sustainable partnerships with major companies in the GCC through its presence at the event.
