Gessen Joins TEI as South Florida VP of Sales

Gibran Gessen, who has 16 years’ vertical-transportation (VT) industry experience and more than five years as a profit-and-loss manager in the South Florida market, joined TEI Group as vice president (VP) of sales, TEI announced on August 1. Gessen “brings a powerful combination of strategic leadership, operational expertise and a deep understanding of the region’s unique business landscape,” observed TEI, a major NYC-based independent player that opened its South Florida branch last year. Driving growth through a focus on long-term partnerships, Gessen has a “leadership style rooted in genuine care, not only for customers but also for employees,” TEI stated. With TEI South Florida, Gessen is focusing on expanding its presence, enhancing the customer experience and “cultivating a workplace where people feel valued, supported and inspired to grow.”
