HUB International plans to host an educational webinar on September 14 at 1 p.m. EDT. “At The Crossroads of Mandated vs. Voluntary Vaccinations: What Employers Need to Know” is approved for Society for Human Resource Management and HR Certification Institute® credits. The insurance brokerage observes that the recent resurgence of COVID-19 infections has forced employers to reexamine worker safety and prompted some to announce vaccination requirements for employees. With emotions sometimes running high, employers have a wide range of options to consider when it comes to developing their organizational approach. The webinar’s panel discussion will cover employment law, health plans and employee wellbeing considerations and challenges related to mandating that employees receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
