Following the selection of Hyundai Elevator distributor Bin Ham North Ocean Elevators for its French Mediterranean-inspired Riviera project, Azizi Developments has again selected the company to supply and install elevators for its three-building Park Avenue project in Dubai’s Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) City, Trade Arabia reports. Azizi Developments CEO Farhad Azizi said the partnership reflects his company’s commitment to provide “best-in-class” vertical-transportation equipment to its investors and end users. Bin Ham North Ocean Elevators provides a wide array of equipment, including double-deck, ultra-high-speed and panoramic elevators, as well as destination dispatch systems. In close proximity to the Riviera and other nearby attractions such as Meydan One Mall, Park Avenue will offer 372 residential units and 29 retail spaces with its trio of midrise buildings. The buildings are between 84-97% complete.
