The Board of Directors (BoD) of The Peelle Co., headquartered in Brampton, Ontario, announced the promotion of JT Peelle to president and CEO, succeeding his father, Hank Peelle, who has held this position since 1990 and is slated to retire on December 31. The changes are the culmination of an eight-year succession plan to ensure a smooth transition of ownership to the next generation. JT Peelle holds degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of Denver. Starting with Peelle in 2010, he has held positions in sales, installation operations, finance and senior management. Hank Peelle will continue to support the company in its worldwide code activities. The BoD also announced the promotion of Frank Leo to vice president of engineering and director of Peelle’s Canadian subsidiary. Leo has been with Peelle since 1995, most recently serving as engineering manager. New to the BoD is Steven Reynolds, vice president of sales and a 38-year veteran of the company. Reynolds held senior management positions in engineering and product development before moving to an executive sales position in 2015. He has been a longtime director of Peelle’s Canada and Singapore subsidiaries.
